Exhibition: Besen aus dem Schloss

The artist duo Jing Yu and Maria Helena K. Nerhus have been inhabited by OpenTiny over the last week. Through an intuitive and playful material-based design process, they have made a spatial kinetic sculpture in the space. Jing and Maria Helena are delighted to open the doors to the neighbours and other folks!

About the artists
Jing Yu @Wateryourfish is a Chinese electronic music composer and producer currently based in Berlin. From installation to performance, she is interested in building ritualized (sound) experiences with DIY electronic circuits. Under the name IVU, she produces electronic music that can lie anywhere between ambient downtempo and minimal.
Maria Helena K. Nerhus @Huldris is a Norwegian architect and visual artist. With a phenomenological approach, Nerhus asks, ‘What is embodied knowledge’? Concepts become spatial manifestations built with accessible local materials.
